Legal Documents from Customers for Processing through the LegalMation Platform
We offer the LegalMation platform, which allows our customers to generate certain results based on legal documents they provide to us. For example, our customers may provide to us legal pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, and related documents. Our processing of legal documents is governed by the terms of our service agreements with our customers, and not this Privacy Policy. In the event we are permitted to process the information for our own purposes, we will process the information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Also, any information we collect in our portals about a customer’s interactions related to the LegalMation platform (except for legal documents submitted) is subject to this Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that information collected about you is solely within the context of (i) your role as an employee, job applicant, owner, director, officer, or contractor or (ii) LegalMation conducting due diligence regarding, or providing or receiving a product or service to or from your employer.
