Baker Donelson, an AmLaw 100 law firm, was searching for ways to become more competitive and capture more market share. As discovery counsel for one of the largest global auto OEMs, the firm was handling nearly 8,000 discovery request sets per year and it needed an effective solution to not only handle the volume with existing personnel, but also to achieve consistency in work product.
This brings a whole new layer of knowledge management capabilities to firms.

Chief Client Services Officer

The Firm engaged in extensive testing of LegalMation’s Discovery Response Creator to determine its effectiveness. The firm was able to reduce the paralegal time spent preparing a full set of discovery (Interrogatories, Requests for Admissions and Production of Documents) from an average of 3-4 hours per matter, to less than 2 hours (including review time by a paralegal or attorney).
