Salary: $69,160 to $125,000 per year
Job Description:
Collect and organize data from multiple data sources; analyze, clean, process large sets of data using statistical software and programming languages; assess readiness of prospects’ data – in terms of completeness, accuracy, and accessibility; ensure data quality and integrity throughout the development lifecycle; implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data preparation; optimize data workflows for efficiency and speed; write SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis; create compelling and narrative data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Seaborn, Plotly, or ggplot2; develop and integrate custom visualizations into dashboards; conduct timely data updates to keep the dashboards in sync; develop metrics to track for a task; build data-driven applications using programming languages; work on Natural Language Processing tasks, such as Named Entity Recognition, Text Classification, and Question Answering; implement data transformations and feature engineering for model input; build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics; experiment with different algorithms and parameters for model optimization and output efficiency; test, validate, and reformulate models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest; deliver oral or written presentations of the results of modeling and data analysis to management or other end users; document code, data processes, and model implementations for knowledge sharing and future reference; manage projects from initiation to completion, defining timelines and deliverables; prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively to meet project goals; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and domain experts; engage in prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies, such as Generative AI; identify business problems or management objectives that can be addressed through data analysis; translate business data requirements into technical problem; propose solutions in engineering, using emerging technologies; conduct research on the latest AI models and data platforms.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent, plus internships or experience to include collecting and organizing data from multiple data sources; analyzing, cleaning, and processing large sets of data using statistical software and programming languages; assessing readiness of prospects’ data – in terms of completeness, accuracy, and accessibility; creating compelling and narrative data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Seaborn, Plotly, or ggplot2; implementing data transformations and feature engineering for model input; building and deploying machine learning models for predictive analytics; experimenting with different algorithms and parameters for model optimization and output efficiency; testing, validating, and reformulating models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest; delivering oral or written presentations of the results of modeling and data analysis to management or other end users; documenting code and data processes for knowledge sharing and future reference; collaborating with domain experts.
